I am feeling lucky
I had an old house at the Vista Ridge. The house was very big and it was not worth to keep such a big house for our small family of three people. Thus we decided to shift into a small house. We bought a small house by searching it ourselves. The next thing was selling the house. This time we filled a contact form at the website of Fort Collins real estate agent and arranged a meeting with him. He got us a good client who paid us a handsome amount for the old house. I am feeling very lucky for contacting him. That was a wonderful experience for me.
