Getting those people ready.
I have been working with a lot of new people and they all have on those new name tags that the company is supplying. Some of the people that I have been training are having a really hard time getting ready for the things that they need to get done, and others are picking up on the things really easily. One of the people that they hired could be running this place soon if he keeps up how he is learning because I have not had to tell him the same thing twice, he picks it up and does not forget it ever. They are all doing good thou, not just him.
